Whipped Cream Directions:
Whip 1 cup of cold plant-based cream (200g/250g) in a cold mixing cup for 30 seconds. Add 2 teaspoons of San-apart and beat until stiff.
The cream stays stable for hours.
Vegan Buttercream Directions:
250g vegan margarine, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 200ml cold water, 1 bag San-apart.
Stir the margarine well until foamy, add cold water, vanilla sugar and San-apart.
Whip everything to a smooth cream.
