Wild Mushroom an earthy combination of Shiitake, Champignon and Porcini mushrooms accented with imported balsamic vinegar.

Made in small batches, wrapped in a cotton netting with an exterior wash of herbs and spices, Field Roast loaves are the all purpose vegetarian grain meat.
